Comment: When I first heard about this product, I wanted one to try, because if it says it can do all that, fantastic was my reply. It's been over 4 yrs now, AWESOME. I was tired of defrosting and cooking my frozen meat in the microwave. Convection ovens are nice,complicated to understand, but expensive for my budget. I just bought a brand new oven, it's for other uses (LOL) Try it, you will never go wrong in any aspect. For lunch today I had chicken done up in my flavorwave, it was juicy, yummy and mouthwatering.
