Easy to use and even easier to clean up. It really saves time in the kitchen. It takes up very little counter space as compared to the old fashioned blender and the high speed REALLY is HIGH SPEED. I am impressed.

Comment: We've had this little thing for almost a year now and it works fairly well. We have had problems with the blender attachment wanting to come unscrewed while in operation. We've learned to watch that. We've also had one base fail completely. The manufacturer was very good about getting a new unit to us, but now that one is having issues as well.
